Private Medical Insurance

Our clinic is recognised by most major insurance companies. If you have insurance, fees will be invoiced and settled directly between London ENT Surgery and your insurance provider. We recommend obtaining a pre-authorization number prior to booking your appointment with us.

Please note that some insurers may only cover part of the procedure. While we are happy to liaise with insurance companies on your behalf, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to cover any shortfall in payment. We will provide a written quote to ensure transparency throughout the process

For patients funding their own treatment, we require the consultation fee to be paid at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If additional procedures are necessary, we will inform you of the associated charges in advance.

Please note that hospitals and clinics may charge a separate facility fee for the use of their equipment. This fee is independent of our private practice fees and is determined by the hospital. It is the patient’s responsibility to settle this fee directly with the hospital.
